The 50th Annual SABCCI Championship Cat Show (held under the GCCFI rules) was held on Sunday the 19th October 2003 at the Royal Dubin Society (RDS) in Dublin.

Our Special Guest
Personality, Lucinda O'Sullivan of the Sunday Independent, chose as the pedigree
cat she would most like to take home, No. 105 Premier Aprikat Splendiferous
a cream Point Siamese owned by Ms.Aine Kearney and bred by Mrs. R.L. Smyth.
In the non pedigree section, her favourite cat was No. 116 Marmaduke, a Ginger
Tabby owned by Ursula Claire Murphy.
Mrs.Lilian
Niblock had the enormous task of choosing the winner of the the 50th Anniversary
Award which was presented by our Vice President Rhona Sullivan . Every Pedigree
cat was eligible and the winner was No. 21 Risetta Poppett an Exotic Blue Tabby
kitten owned and bred by Mrs. Ruth Malcomson.
Mrs. Brega Webb had the task of choosing the Non Pedigree Best in show and Anniversary
award .The winner was No. 117 Oyster, a Tortie & White owned by Miss A.Weldon.
